Revitalise is a wellbeing day retreat that guarantees you leave feeling relaxed and revitalised.  Whether you are stressed, tired, keen to explore new therapies, need a bit of ‘me’ time or want a fun day out with friends, come along by yourself or with pals and join us for a day of friendly chill out time.  


  • Gentle Yoga Class  - Gentle and relaxing, suitable for absolute beginners and experienced yogis​

  • A Reflexology, Seated Massage, BodyTalk or Craniosacral Therapy Session (half an hour) with fully qualified, experienced practitioners

  • Breathwork Techniques  with Duncan Bailey You may have heard of the amazing power of the breath in the news or on social media.  Learn different breathwork techniques and experience the awesome power of your breath.

  • Yummy Vegan Lunch - A delicious and nutritious vegan lunch 

  • A guided walk in beautiful countryside -  A gorgeous location for a walk! (Should the weather have other ideas a guided meditation will take place instead.)

  • Gong/Sound Bath with Tiffany Keywood  (an incredible experience using the healing vibration of sound)

  • Free Herbal Teas​


The day will include gentle yoga, suitable for absolute beginners and experienced yogis alike, followed by a half hour reflexology, seated massage or Craniosacral Therapy session. There will be the opportunity to experience and learn breathwork techniques, enjoy a delicious nutritious vegan lunch, , enjoy a walk in beautiful countryside and relax to the max with a soothing, healing sound bath (a wonderfully relaxing experience!)

All activities are optional. There is outdoor space to read and relax in if you fancy doing your own thing.

Westmeston is a tiny village at the foot of the beautiful Sussex Downs between the historic town of Lewes and picturesque village of Ditchling. 


It is 8 miles north of Brighton.

  • A yoga mat (There will be some yoga mats provided for the yoga class only,  please bring a mat if you have one!)

  • Something to lie on and something to put over you for the gong bath (e.g Blankets, yoga mat and pillow)

  • Walking shoes

  • Sun block/sun hat/wet weather gear (Who knows with British weather!)

Kirsty Lander – Naturopath, Kinesiologist and BodyTalk Practitioner

Kirsty is an experienced natural health expert, using science, tradition and intuition in her healing practice. Fully qualified in naturopathy, BodyTalk, kinesiology,  herbal medicine, nutrition and energy healing modalities. Functional Pathology testing may be also used to understand symptoms. Duncan Bailey - BodyTalk Practitioner

The BodyTalk System seeks to address the "whole person", so no aspect of the human psyche is overlooked, be it emotional, physical or environmental.  BodyTalk promotes the wellbeing of any person, animal, or plant and understands the profound influence the psychology of the body has on our health.  BodyTalk finds the underlying causes of illness by addressing the whole-person and their whole-story. Duncan qualified as a BodyTalk practitioner in 2012 and has since successfully completed 12 courses in the BodyTalk curriculum. He supports clients that have challenges on all levels of life – physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual. Duncan also uses Angelic    Reiki 1 & 2 and Violet Flame Chakra healing.   



Monica Wing-Yan Bailey - Massage, Acupuncture

Monica is a fully insured, licensed Acupuncturist, Aromatherapist, and Massage Therapist. She graduated from the University of Greenwich with Bachelor of Science Honour degree in Acupuncture, a practicing member of British Acupuncture Council and a member of Federation of Aromatherapy. She continued training with Taoist master Jeffrey C. Yuen and Ann Cecil sterman for classical Acupuncture. Her treatment style are based on Classical Chinese medical theory including Five element, Six division and Stem and Branches. She's also been a massage therapist for over a decade, she developed her own style of massage, with a blend of acupuncture channels, tuina technique and sports massage styles.


Caroline Rowley - Reflexologist 
Caroline Rowley trained in Reflexology and Massage at the School of Classical Massage, Brighton in the early 2000's and has worked in New Zealand and the U.K. She has an interest in working with clients suffering from stress, anxiety and chronic illness. She uses a tailored approach in her treatments and is based in Henfield, West Sussex. Her website is

Tiffany is a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist, Yogic Dance facilitator and therapeutic sound practitioner with over 15 years experience. She studied sound at the British Academy of Sound Therapy where research in to the positive, transformative effects of sound on the human organism is ongoing. Her sound immersions offer a safe and profound way to reconnect with the core of your being.  Tones generated by specifically chosen instruments which she sensitively delivers,subtly massage within and throughout the body, opening energy pathways, precipitating deep relaxation, quietening the mind and allowing for an appreciation of the present moment. From a point of inner stillness arises an opportunity for self reflection as listening and communication skills become heightened. n(BSc (Hons) Soc/Phych, Dip NNP, Yoga dance Facilitation, Dip GST) FB Sacred Harmonics.
