A Gentle Yoga Class with Justine Rowan - Gentle and relaxing, suitable for absolute beginners and experienced yogis
A Reflexology, Seated Massage, BodyTalk, or Craniosacral Therapy Session (half an hour) with fully qualified, experienced practitioners
A Wellbeing Talk - "How to use Bach Flower Remedies for Emotional Wellbeing" with Naturopath, Kinesiologist and BodyTalk Practitioner, Kirsty Lander. An introduction to Bach Flower Remedies and how you can use these wonderful remedies to manage emotions such as anxiety, lack of confidence, anger, resentment, low self-esteem or loneliness
A Guided Walk in beautiful countryside
A Sound/Gong Bath with Tiffany Keywood (an incredible experience using the healing vibration of sound)

The day will include gentle yoga, suitable for absolute beginners and experienced yogis alike, followed by a massage, reflexology, BodyTalk or Craniosacral Therapy session. There will be the opportunity try new natural therapies, listen to a wellbeing talk from experienced naturopath Kirsty Lander on how you can manage emotions with Bach Flower Remedies, enjoy a guided walk in gorgeous countryside and to top it all, relax to the max with a soothing, healing sound bath (a wonderfully relaxing experience!) All activities are optional. There is outdoor space to read and relax in if you fancy doing your own thing. A yoga mat (There will be some yoga mats provided for the yoga class only, please bring a mat if you have one!)

Kirsty is an experienced natural health expert, using science, tradition and intuition in her healing practice. Fully qualified in naturopathy, BodyTalk, kinesiology, herbal medicine, nutrition and energy healing modalities. Functional Pathology testing may be also used to understand symptoms. Carole is a highly skilled and qualified aromatherapist, holistic healer, NLP practitioner, intuitive counsellor, coach and trainer with over 25 years experience in both the business sector and individual client personal development and holistic stress management. She holds clinics in Chelwood Gate on the Ashdown Forest, and in Haywards Heath. During this wellbeing day, Carole will offer seated aromatherapy healing massage treatments to gently ease away the stresses you've collected from modern life. As well as her therapeutic work Carole is also a Director of a thriving and expanding I.T. business which makes her very aware of business pressures and health related challenges.
Duncan Bailey - BodyTalk Practitioner
The BodyTalk System seeks to address the "whole person", so no aspect of the human psyche is overlooked, be it emotional, physical or environmental. BodyTalk promotes the wellbeing of any person, animal, or plant and understands the profound influence the psychology of the body has on our health. BodyTalk finds the underlying causes of illness by addressing the whole-person and their whole-story. Duncan qualified as a BodyTalk practitioner in 2012 and has since successfully completed 12 courses in the BodyTalk curriculum. He supports clients that have challenges on all levels of life – physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual. Duncan also uses Angelic Reiki 1 & 2 and Violet Flame Chakra healing.
Justine Rowan - Yoga
Justine is a qualified yoga teacher with 18 years of dedicated practice and a decade full-time teaching experience. She teaches dynamic alignment-focused hatha yoga classes for all levels, and gentle yoga in Hassocks and the Sussex area and London. She also specialises in restorative yoga and mindfulness meditation and integrates these practices into her classes. Justine teaches with clear, precise alignment instruction and breath awareness to awaken the physical body and mindful presence on and off the mat. Her aim is to guide students to practice yoga with confidence in a sustainable, progressive way, adjusted to individual needs. She creates a calm and focused space where students can enjoy exploring the poses with full effort, whilst also opening to the inner experience of yoga, cultivating a sense of calm and integration. Lisa Moore - Craniosacral Therapy
An exceptionally powerful, yet gentle therapy. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle way of working with the body using a very light and non-invasive touch. Tiffany Keywood - Sound Therapy Tiffany is a qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist, Yogic Dance facilitator and therapeutic sound practitioner with over 15 years experience. She studied sound at the British Academy of Sound Therapy where research in to the positive, transformative effects of sound on the human organism is ongoing. Her sound immersions offer a safe and profound way to reconnect with the core of your being. Tones generated by specifically chosen instruments which she sensitively delivers,subtly massage within and throughout the body, opening energy pathways, precipitating deep relaxation, quietening the mind and allowing for an appreciation of the present moment. Monica Wing-Yan Bailey - Massage, Acupuncture
Monica is a fully insured, licensed Acupuncturist, Aromatherapist, and Massage Therapist. She graduated from the University of Greenwich with Bachelor of Science Honour degree in Acupuncture, a practicing member of British Acupuncture Council and a member of Federation of Aromatherapy. She continued training with Taoist master Jeffrey C. Yuen and Ann Cecil sterman for classical Acupuncture. Her treatment style are based on Classical Chinese medical theory including Five element, Six division and Stem and Branches. She's also been a massage therapist for over a decade, she developed her own style of massage, with a blend of acupuncture channels, tuina technique and sports massage styles.
