Kirsty is a registered naturopath and BodyTalk Practitioner with over 20 years experience of working in healthcare and education. Including several years in the NHS.  She lived in Sydney, Australia for 10 years, where she  worked in private practice and for a well renowned natural health clinic. She also spent 7 years working as a lecturer at one of Australia’s leading natural health colleges,the Australasian College on Natural Therapies.

Kirsty has helped clients with a wide range of health issues including digestive conditions, allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, stress, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, pcos, removing mental/emotional blocks and achieving life goals.

In practice,  the latest evidence based research is uniquely combined with with traditional wisdom and intuition. She regularly reads industry journals and attends industry seminars and webinars to keep up to date with the latest research

Kirsty prescribes herbal medicines, homoeopathic medicines,  flower remedies or nutritional supplements only if considered necessary and believes in empowering clients to become their own ‘healer’.
